Contour Design stands behind the quality of our products and offers a two (2) year warranty on all products, starting from the original purchase date. For Accessories one (1) year warranty, and for Refurbished Products purchased from Contour Design, a six (6) month warranty is offered.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material defects. Your rights under European law - including the Consumer Rights Directive’s two (2) year guarantee period - apply in addition to the warranty.

1. Conditions
1.1 The product covered by the warranty period must have been purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from Contour Design.

1.2 This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other person. a. This point is waived for Refurbished Products; these are reduced to a warranty of six (6) months.

1.3. Kvitteringen for produktet skal fremvises på anmodning.

1.4. Garantien bortfalder, hvis produktet forsætligt beskadiges eller på anden måde ændres, herunder hvis produktet er blevet skilt ad.

1.5. Contour Design reserves the right to reject warranty claims if it appears that the defect has occurred as a result of misuse or other non-production related causes.

2. Dækning og omfang

2.1 If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Contour Design will either repair or replace the product at no charge. The customer is requested to return the product to Contour Design for inspection upon request.

2.2 Batteriet leveres med seks (6) måneders garanti, da det er en forbrugsdel.

3 Begrænsninger

3.1 Garantien dækker kun fabrikations- og materialefejl og dækker ikke skader som følge af uhensigtsmæssig brug, misbrug, ændringer eller slitage.

3.2 Refurbished Products purchased from Contour Design are offered with a six (6) month warranty.
