Contour Design stands behind the quality of our products and offers a two (2) year warranty on all products, starting from the original purchase date. For Accessories one (1) year warranty, and for Refurbished Products purchased from Contour Design, a six (6) month warranty is offered.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material defects. Your rights under European law - including the Consumer Rights Directive’s two (2) year guarantee period - apply in addition to the warranty.

1. Conditions
1.1 The product covered by the warranty period must have been purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from Contour Design.

1.2 This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other person. a. This point is waived for Refurbished Products; these are reduced to a warranty of six (6) months.

1.3. Die Quittung für das Produkt muss auf Verlangen vorgelegt werden.

1.4. Die Garantie erlischt, wenn das Produkt absichtlich beschädigt oder anderweitig verändert wird, auch wenn das Produkt zerlegt wurde.

1.5. Contour Design reserves the right to reject warranty claims if it appears that the defect has occurred as a result of misuse or other non-production related causes.

2. Erfassungsbereich und Umfang

2.1 If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Contour Design will either repair or replace the product at no charge. The customer is requested to return the product to Contour Design for inspection upon request.

2.2 Die Batterie hat eine Garantie von sechs (6) Monaten, da es sich um ein Verschleißteil handelt.

3 Beschränkungen

3.1 Die Garantie deckt nur Fabrikations- und Materialfehler ab und gilt nicht für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Missbrauch, Veränderung oder Abnutzung entstehen.

3.2 Refurbished Products purchased from Contour Design are offered with a six (6) month warranty.
