Contour Design stands behind the quality of our products and offers a two (2) year warranty on all products, starting from the original purchase date. For Accessories one (1) year warranty, and for Refurbished Products purchased from Contour Design, a six (6) month warranty is offered.

The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material defects. Your rights under European law - including the Consumer Rights Directive’s two (2) year guarantee period - apply in addition to the warranty.

1. Conditions
1.1 The product covered by the warranty period must have been purchased from an authorized dealer or directly from Contour Design.

1.2 This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any other person. a. This point is waived for Refurbished Products; these are reduced to a warranty of six (6) months.

1.3. Kvittot för produkten måste visas upp på begäran.

1.4. Garantin upphör att gälla om produkten avsiktligt skadas eller på annat sätt modifieras, inklusive om produkten har demonterats.

1.5. Contour Design reserves the right to reject warranty claims if it appears that the defect has occurred as a result of misuse or other non-production related causes.

2. Täckning och omfattning

2.1 If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Contour Design will either repair or replace the product at no charge. The customer is requested to return the product to Contour Design for inspection upon request.

2.2 Batteriet har sex (6) månaders garanti eftersom det är en förbrukningsvara.

3 Begränsningar

3.1 Garantin omfattar endast tillverknings- och materialfel och täcker inte skador till följd av olämplig användning, felaktig användning, modifiering eller slitage.

3.2 Refurbished Products purchased from Contour Design are offered with a six (6) month warranty.
