Financial Controller

Full time position

Reporting to our Group Finance Manager, your workday will consist of a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities within controlling and accounting. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders – from banks and auditors to payroll providers and public authorities – making sure everything runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will include keeping the accounting in good shape, developing financial processes, and building reporting models to support key decision-making. You will also be responsible for month-end closing, reporting, and external auditing for the companies you support.

Your new team:

You will be part of our Group Finance team consisting of 3 employees in Denmark and 3 employees in China. The team is a part of our CFO team, consisting of 19 employees.

Key responsibilities:

·       Participation in month-endclosing and monthly reporting

·       Participation inthe preparation of annual accounts

·       Controlling and bookkeepingin both local and foreign subsidiaries

·       Developing andimplementing new financial procedures as required

·       Automation andoptimization of existing tasks and procedures

·       Supporting otherbusiness functions in financial matters

You will most likely succeed with these qualifications:

·       Having a drive to learn, a commitment to develop your financial skills, and a good sense of humor.

·       You take responsibility for your tasks, show initiative, and are naturally curious when it comes to new challenges; you’re open to both learning and sharing your knowledge.

·       You’re proactive and like to work independently and in a structured way.

·       Experienced in and with ERP systems is a plus – especially Microsoft Dynamics Navision –and you feel at home working with Excel. We further use Business Central and Continia.
