I've tried products to help with my arthritis like glassouse but this was suprisingly more helpful for less than half the price! Something about the way it has you hold your arm feels more natural and less stressing on the body. Though it's still a bit pricy, it's better than countless sessions of physical therapy only for the problem to come back later on!
Excellent build quality. Very functional and responsive. not a good fit for me however, have to reach over it to use keyboard, roller click too sensitive.if you have a unique situation where you cant use a regular mouse this may be an excellent choice for you.
If you go to their website directly they have a newer version called the RollerMouse Pro which is a much sleeker version of anything offered on Amazon! But this version is also really good - best version I've seen, not too wide, wireless, comfortable position of the right click button, soft foam pads (actually softer than the new version of RollerMouse Pro).
Most ergo equipment can take getting used to, but this mouse is worth it.Since you are using a roller bar to control the mouse, you’ll avoid bending your wrist and avoid putting pressure on it.Been using this mouse for 10+ years and I will never use anything else.
I love this mouse - I don't go home with a sore and achy wrist - or thumb - I wish I had this mouse before I had the Carpool Tunnel Surgery on my wrists.
I really like the design of this product and have used the mouse for years. This is my third one because in my experience they do wear out after a couple years. I got the extended warranty for three years on my recent one for this reason. I had a bit of difficulty getting replacements when both the keyboard and mouse stopped working after four months. But, after a couple weeks, I received my replacements. The keyboard is a great size and still has the 10 key pad. Also the negative tilt is the biggest reason I use this keyboard. They are spendy, but if I can get them to work for at least three years, I figure I've gotten my money's worth. Nothing lasts forever. :) p.s. there was another review with detailed instructions on how to clean the rollermouse, so that may help extend the life.
I have bad arthritis in both thumbs. This allows me to use my other fingers- on both hands.
Highly recommend roller ball mouse. I found I work faster and with reduced nerve pain in arm.Having the roller mouse directly in front of my body makes a significant difference to processing speed and pain reduction when inputting hugh amounts of data
I had one of the original wired Roller Mouse Red devices and fell in love! It took me around 30 minutes to get use to it. My assistant said it took her a day or two to get use to the difference. It was a total game changer for me as a lot of my work consists of copy & paste and typing. So this made it easier and more efficient. When my old wired RollerMouse died (after like 5+ yrs), I decided to replace it with the wireless version. Works great! Seriously, I hate hate hate regular mouses now.
I like that it allows me to not have to stretch my arms out like a regular mouse. It's pretty accurate. I haven't figured out how to use the copy and paste button. The reason I don't like this mouse is because of the nubs on the rolling mouse. If you have any nerve issues in your fingers this can be brutal. I am not sure if I will keep just yet. It looks this is the only company that makes it. There other versions appears to also have it.

I bought this mouse because I sit and work at a desk 10 hours a day. My hands and wrist are in a lot of pain. I decided to give this mouse a try and was not disappointed. The roller bar is super comfortable and easy to use for a right or left hand person. The buttons are in a good location and easy to navigate. I unfortunately sent this mouse back in the end. I couldn’t adjust to the shear bull of the product. If you like that much arm rest then it could be for you. I personally felt like it made my keyboard miles away and caused a huge reduction in productivity. My shoulders also hurt from leaning over to type when I was not using the mouse. I gave this a four star because the width just wasn’t for me. I traded this one for the roller mouse pro3 and I have been happy every day. It’s the same product but the wrist rest is slim. My hands, wrist and shoulders are much less tense and painful. It’s worth every penny! My only regret was not purchasing the wireless version. I have had lagging with other wireless mouse and keyboard so I opted for the connected version.
The learning curve is minimal learning how to use this mouse. It eliminates reaching and wrist/arm strain. Good for carpal tunnel. Very satisfied!
Perfect! Looks professional and truly is!!
Will take a few days to get used to, but much better than a normal mouse.
It took me less than 3 minutes to get used to this rollermouse. I have been using this for 3 weeks now and my tendonitis is already million times better. I wish I knew about this a long time ago as I think everyone should use this type of a mouse to prevent injuries. Highly recommend it to anyone.
Excellent ergo mouse, very comfortable to use daily
I got the keyboard too. The pair work great to relive strain on my trigger finger. Can relax my hand and still use the mouse. Works great!!!!
I have been using it for years and I can’t work without it!!
This 'unique' mouse has a slight learning curve and getting used to after so many years using a regular mouse. Other than the price, I don't have an any complaints. Just make sure to line up the keyboard with letter 'b' on the center of the unit so your palms will not hit the side buttons. I use roller ball and vertical mice but I enjoy this mouse as well. But is not for you if you are not willing to learn how to use it. The wrist rest is on of the best feature for me and fun to learn something new.
It works to avoid the reaching stress to your shoulders but the new positioning system can take some getting used to. Also, my wrists are no longer in the resting position which may trigger something else. The most annoying part is that I can’t seem to avoid occasionally hitting the bar and trigger a click unintentionally.
